Purchase, Returns, and Refund Policy

Return Conditions

Free returns are available within 14 days of receipt for standard purchased items, subject to the conditions below:

  • Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or incorrect items delivered.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all labels, booklets, and sample items included.
  • Items that are used, altered, incomplete, or damaged will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
  • Returns must be shipped from within the original shipping country (UAE only).

Use of Information

We use your information to:

  • Process and fulfill orders proficient and on time
  • To implement comments and suggestions to better out user experience
  • Respond to queries, complaints, or feedback
  • Conduct surveys, promotions, and contests (only if you sign in for the newsletters)

How to Return Your Purchase

Return Guidelines:

  • Make sure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and compliant with Cassie Perfumes’ 7-day return policy.
  • A designated delivery agent will collect the return package directly from your registered address.
  • You may track the return shipment using the RAWB tracking number provided at the time of collection.

Important: Returns via methods other than our collection service are not covered by Cassie Perfumes’ liability

Receiving a Refund

  • Cassie Perfumes do not encourage refund for Cash on Delivery orders
  • Online payment orders will be refunded after receipt of the returned item
  • Refunds will be processed within 15 working days
  • Please retain your shipping and product details until return is completed and amount refunded is reflected

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement before dispatch. Notify the team through the Cassie perfumes contact to request cancellation.
  • Once an order is dispatched, cancellations, combining orders, or changing items are not possible.
